Shipping Cost
Fulmor currently includes free shipping with each product order. Additional fees may apply only if the delivery address requires special handling, customs duties, import taxes, or remote-area service charged by the carrier.
Processing Time
Orders are normally prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or peak periods may require extra processing time.

Most orders arrive within 7-12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, customs review, and local courier performance. Tracking details are provided when available.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, or tracking shows an unusual delivery issue, contact us with your order information and photos where relevant. We will help review the case with the carrier.
